I’ve had my Loftomattic ladder for 3 years and it’s been brilliant and faultless. Had a minor jam today but contacted Customer Service and within 5 minutes I had a video on how to reset it. Done in an instant. This a great product at a great price with excellent customer support. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent product, original manual ladder installed by our builder was really poor quality. This system is ideal and effortless, making life much easier in getting access to the loft space.
